Very soft, comfortable slipcover. I was on the hunt for a cover that would fit my armless couch. Its dimensions are much larger than any futon covers I looked at, and couch covers are usually designed for standard sofas with arms. I reached out to Vivian and she was very prompt in responding. The cover fits great--though I'll have to play around a bit more with where to tuck it to make it look less obvious.
The packaging was very nice and I appreciated the handwritten card and cushion cover. Thanks for a great slipcover!
The couch cover fits great, Vivian helped with all my questions about size and colour combinations as I bought two covers, and even included two complementary cushion covers with my order! Vivian has excellent customer service and I will definitely recommend her shop to anyone in the market for covers. The only issue I've faced was with the little styrofoam rods included to keep the covers tucked in the couch, I unfortunately couldn't use them because my cat kept trying to eat them. But I have no issue tucking them in every once and a while :) overall great experience! Thank you Vivian.
